!21daychallenge Day 3. I feel absolutely shit. Really really down and depressed. no nicotine though! I hope I'll feel slightly better tomorrow.
I hope I'm not taking water over my head but I've decided to extend my !21daychallenge to include general sobriety-ish. Which in practice means no alcohol, no cannabis (or other "get high" kind of drugs), no nicotine, only use prescribed dosages of meds and coffee is of course ok. Let's see how this goes. Not sure why but this prospect feels a bit scary.

I can imagine how you feel. Hang in there. An attitude that sometimes helps me when I feel this way is "If I'm feeling like this anyway, I might as well get some shitty tasks out of the way, so they won't spoil my day when I'm feeling better." And doing that actually makes me feel better. Imagine having done your taxes by the time you feel better... stuff like that can be done in a foul mood. And I know talk is easy... :-(
