I'm interested in Zot because nomadic identity is a huge feature to have.  I'm interested in diaspora* (2.0) because it handles privacy leagues better than anything else on the extended network.  I'm not really interested in ActivityPub because, along with the ideological conflict with the W3C, it's just OStatus 2.0 without really addressing the core deficiencies of OStatus (discoverability, lossy federation, proper notice deletion)

@maiyannah My memory from back when they first announced the ActivityPub effort was that Friendica and Diaspora devs also had some requests which were quickly and firmly rejected.

@lnxw37a1 Didn't the GS feature request just get a snarky reply about how pumpio didn't want to implement ostatus federation?
