the party that has the mandate to govern was in coalition talks with two other parties, which broke down, over the FDP (neolibs) insistence on some weirdly racist shit

now there's gonna be more talks - which is perfectly fine, we can do a little longer as-is. possibilities include reopening of talks (somewhat likely), talks in a different constellation (equally likely), minority gov. (eeeeh idk) snap elections (popular, but not _yet_ likely)
