   Going to meet with a local "progressive"-?ish? #VC over beers tomorrow after having tussled on #Vermont birdsite over co-ops and whether ownership structure actually matters, or if all you need is good people in charge. Wish me luck (and restraint)... :P

      @mattcropp ownership structure always matters. In the typical capitalist model no matter how nice the founder is or how good their intentions may initially be, the logic of capital will compell them to behave badly. The only exceptions to that may sometimes be if the company size never exceeds a few people, like a family business, such that peer pressure alone is enough to mitigate bad behavior.
