    The instant the temperature dipped below 60 for one night, the landlords turned on the heat.

    It has been running 24/7 since then.

    These people complain about the price they let me rent for.

    Hey guys. DON'T RUN $1,400 A MONTH WORTH OF HEAT IN 64 DEGREE WEATHER.

    PS: the landlord's wife, the person who put the heat on, sits on the porch from 4am to 10pm SO I GUESS LEAVE THE HEAT ON LONG ENOUGH AND YOU'LL START TO FEEL IT ON THE POOOOOOOORCH?
