A couple years ago I created this presentation that went over 9 key systems needed to run a company that produces and sells physical goods, primarily selling them online.

I am not sure I grabbed it when I left that company, and now it is kinda hard to recall. Probably all those sweet fades I did in the slideshow...

I think one of them was also 3PL. What's obvious and missing?

I presented them as interchangeable cogs in a machine.
