okay I can see WHAT is going wrong but I can't figure out WHY.
(ansiwrap outputs \x1b[3;8;;;2;;;2;5;5;;;2;5;5;;;2;5;5mblah blah\x1b[0m, terminal makes a best effort guess that this means "blink")
but why tho. nothing in ansiwraps code suggests this should happen
