Alex Schroeder 🐝@NicolasPetton I sometimes run into this when reading from the WOZ (German language) to my wife: instead of candidat·e·s they use KandidatIn (capital I in the middle of the word). But when reading, I need to say Kandidat or Kandidatin... Oh well, a small price to pay. After all, many words don't sound like what they look.
