thinking on ways to better harden unsolicited DM spam/abuse.

i'm thinking some sort of automatic thread muting, depending on who initiated the DM.

DM initiated by you: no muting

DM initiated by somebody you follow: no muting

DM initiated by somebody you don't follow: muted by default on first encounter of the message, can remove the mute if wanted
