Thor, the Norseman has moved!If you let grain or potatoes rot for a while, it gets poisonous. If you add this poison to a drink, it's going to make it a bit nasty. We call this a cocktail. If you put the poison in a charred barrel for a while, it will taste even worse. We call this whisky. If you let molasses rot and put that in a barrel, you get a god-awful liquid called rum. If you let grapes go bad, you get a sour and bitter concoction called wine. We drink these things because the poison makes us happy and giddy.
