Ya favorite tho(ugh)tYo, as a person that has to constantly deal with racism and it's effects, I do not care about kind salutations and obligatory statements of how what we 'all' need to do something.
If for whatever reason it makes you uncomfortable to say the continuation of racism is primarily b/c of white identified people, then we have nothing to talk about.
