@natanji Hmm In most places around the world if you are in public your picture can be taken without consent, and the same applies to public areas of the internet (are there even private areas to begin with?).

Either way regardless of where this toot originated from, since my server cached a local PUBLIC copy in the US, US law dictates I am allowed to do with it as I please. If this person didn't want it seen this person should have made it private or never posted it to begin with.
