@Hubzilla Support Forum+ Is anyone experiencing a problem where no content renders in the stream? I switched over to Hubzilla's default theme to see whether mine was causing a problem, but I seem to be stuck in an endless timeout that does not resolve. This happens on my Network page as well as my Channel page.

This seems to have happened shortly after switching from the dev branch to 2.8 stable.

Hmm, this seems to be happening only with the latest version of Firefox. Incidentally, other people's Hubzilla channels load just fine. It just seems to be a problem with my own domain...

Upon closer inspection, this seems to only affect me when I am logged in...

Was also able to recreate this issue with Safari.

You mean you see only a spinner or nothing at all?
Downgrading is usually not a good idea in general...

Yeah, seems to be nothing at all...

Maybe I'll just stay on dev for the time being. :/

Have you possibly shared a lot of files recently with Show in your contacts shared folder set to yes?

A good time to switch from dev to stable is always when a RC is announced. Than switch to the rc branch from dev and later to master from RC.

Just switched back to dev, but the problem still persists.

I haven't shared any files recently.

What's curious is that this seems to render the stream without any issues when I am logged out.

I had that problem also a few time.
...spinner turns, I wait, white stream shows up.

but had that issue when viewing other pages.
...problem just arises when internet connection is low.

Good call. I left my debugger on, and waited for anything to load.

Source map error: SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected end of data at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data
      Resource URL: https://deadsuperhero.com/library/jgrowl/jquery.jgrowl_minimized.js?v=2.9.1
      Source Map URL: jquery.jgrowl.map

It looks like the stream does load after an extremely long timeout.

I actually still don't know what your situation is:

Do you see a spinner at all?
Does the spinner stop and you see nothing or is it spinning endlessly?

The error you posted is probably not related...

I don't see the spinner at all. Attempting to GET the XHR for https://deadsuperhero.com/ping results in: SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected end of data at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data

If I let the page sit there for about 20 minutes, eventually the stream does load. I have no idea why this takes so long.

The weird thing is, if I'm logged out, the stream loads instantly.

It looks like GET XHR requests eventually return a 500 Internal Server Error for the status code, under the Headers section of my debugger.
