i read about Kathryn Steinle. omg, that guy kill her, is illegal foreigner, been deported some 3 times over 10+ years, a felony, have heroine and stuff. but happened to be sent to San Francisco, and California has law that “help” illegal foreigner, and set him free. thus the shooting.
