I'm going to a staff development session on 'unconscious bias'

I *think* I'm pretty good on that, but there is always so much to learn.

funny story (might have shared already) when I went to the bank to change my name to Professor (because, like who wouldn't if you could?) and the bank lady looked me up and down and asked if I had proof! haha! too young, too short, too fat/thin, too dark/light. Oh I hope it's well taught, then it might be amazing. ...maybe that's my bias about the teaching!
