    The problem is that you're running untrusted code any time you visit some random website. This is hardly the worst thing that can happen to you. Actually, it's probably one of the least (except maybe to your battery life).

      @mikegerwitz I heard this idea being thrown about ages ago as a financing model for websites instead of advertisement (but then suddenly mining crypto currencies stopped being economical with commodity hardware and it wasn't as good an idea anymore).
