    @musicman I don't really have any #Java language thoughts. In the late #1990s and early #2000s, I enjoyed the courses I took which used Java (and also the courses which used C++, #Perl, #PHP; but I disliked #JavaScript, and really disliked #VBScript and #VB 5 / 6). But especially since taking this job 15 years ago, I've barely touched it.

    Experimented with allowing #NoScript to set all top-level domains to trusted, allowing them to run #Javascript without me opting in. First time my browser almost crashed my system since the first time I installed NoScript. Thanks, but no thanks bloated JS developers of the world ;)

    I closed my account on one training site because all their new courses are about various #JavaScript frameworks. It was okay that they covered these, but they could have also covered some other topics that were not ECMAScript.

    Faire du #QML ça veut dire faire du #JavaScript ce qui rends vite très malheureux… Ça suffira donc pour aujourd'hui, mais les listes statiques de vocabulaire dans le binaire c'est laid, aussi je pense prochainement mettre à profit SQLite pour rendre le système un peu plus flexible et en prime mesurer l'apprentissage du vocabulaire pour savoir ce qu'il faut réviser 😉
