    I did a #Mumble voice chat this evening with @a@pl.nulled.red. However, the connection here is exceptionally slow, so my client's connection kept timing out every few minutes. This happened on two different servers. Finally, we ended the voicechat.

    Afterwards, I did a test connection to the #Federati #Murmur / Mumble server. It disconnected once over a ten minute test.

    So if I do another #Office_Hours voicechat soon, understand that my connection may be interrupted.

    Anyway, I got some great ideas. A has been trying to document #ActivityPub itself (S2S and C2S designs), various implementations (including the Mastodon API that is often used instead of AP_C2S), as well as other #federated communication protocols such as #Matrix and #XMPP. They suggested that "a better Matrix" might be able to be built atop AP.

    I used to watch their game streams years ago, but the voice sounded different over Mumble. I'm told that getting a better microphone made the difference.

    I am trying to schedule a call or #audiochat with Colby and Jade (formerly Ami, formerly Mike). Iโ€™d love to get Rye on there also.

    I remember being in a big #Mumble chat with those three and Delores and some other people I donโ€™t remember. We talked for hours, until I had to drop out because I needed to get up for work in about 3.5 hours.

    I was planning to hold another #Office_hours session tonight on the #Federati #Mumble, but I have not been sleeping well and I'm pretty tired right now. I'll try to talk with you all next Friday or Saturday ... I usually try to get in there around 19:00 US-Pacific (currently that's 02:00 UTC; 21:00 US-Central; 22:00 US-Eastern and US-Atlantic) and stay for 30 minutes to an hour.
