@delores Smartphones saved me from having to ask #sonTwo and #Daddy_A to enter contacts into my phone. It's a wonder that @mike can tolerate me.

#sonTwo got to see a concert by a group he liked as a child. I'm not saying who it was, but I will mention that he took a box of Cap'n Crunch to the concert. He said it brought back all the good memories of our trip to Spirit West Coast years ago.

On the phone with #sonTwo, who tells me they apparently make too much money for his wife to qualify for student aid. Now they are scrambling for funds to pay for her schooling.

#sonTwo's daily call is overdue. I was going to call him, then I realized that he's working late tonight and tomorrow. Depending on when he gets out of work, I may not hear from him until Friday.

#sonTwo's phone has been replaced. The near-daily phone calls resumed today.

What do you do when listening to one of your two favorite songs of all time makes you wish you had died 30+ years ago? I've already given up two well-loved songs for that reason. I really don't want to give up this one.
(Yes, I've talked about this song and its effects with #sonOne and #sonTwo, and they both recommended I drop it. #Daddy_A is not really able to discuss such things right now because he's focusing on trying to delay his upcoming 5th back surgery.)

Apparently, updating to #Apple's #iOS 11.2.6 threw #sonTwo's phone into a boot loop. He's trying to resolve it with the carrier before he requests a replacement phone.

I normally talk with #sonTwo almost seven days a week, so missing two consecutive days is a big deal for me.

I'm trying something new starting today. I will try to have a phone or a videochat conversation with #sonOne and one with #Daddy_A every weekend. They don't have to be long, just regular.
For several years, I've had near-daily conversations with #sonTwo.

Laughing with #sonTwo. There is a group playing at his church tonight. I saw them over thirty years ago, when they were still good. He's seeing them after a long downhill slide.

#lazyNephew has been asking if he could use my soldering equipment. After talking with the Little One and #sonTwo, he now owns the rework station. He'll still have to get more stuff, but it should all be cheaper.

After (during?) last night's conversation with Colby, I decided that I'm keeping the glass corner desk when I move. So far, that's the only furniture I definitely want to take. Reason: it was bought for #sonTwo. I do not expect he will, but if he showed up and asked for it, I would give it to him.

I got two of the most wonderful complements. One late last night (thanks, Colby, it really means a lot), and one this morning (from #sonTwo's wife).
