Yo @yukiame spent most of our time looking at eastern Oklahoma, Arkansas and Tennessee. We are looking for about 20 acres with a house on it. Saw some real beauties. Last one we looked at was about 20 miles from Daniel Boone's last TN homestead, b4 he moved to Texas

3 bedroom, 3 bath, brick house with 3600 square feet, 3 outbuildings and a barn, & 2 ponds on 28 acres for $179,000 &it's in the middle of nowhere. Bout half the property is wooded and 1/2 has pasture for grazing. Still searching...

Yo @ChrisWilson You came up in conversation the other day while the Wife and I were walking down Beale Street in Memphis. Thought about everybody that's musically inclined here when we went to Sun Studios too. Should be a trip on everyone's bucket list. Also, BBQ at Central BBQ across from the infamous Lorraine Motel (where Martin Luther King was assassinated). The ribs were over the moon (dry rub was the choice) and the pulled pork sammich was wonderful too.
