@sirphenom @jennifer sugars, grains, and seed oils are root of all dietary evil. In a couple years, I've dropped 115 pounds, reversed Type 2 Diabetes, and even taken up jogging, something I never would have dreamed of before.

It does take some effort (no question) but totally worth it.

@CSB and honestly I know I didn't get to where I was overnight. It's going to take time.

I was a BBS SysOp in the 80s and have run my share of online communities since. Only the volume of bullshit had changed, the types of bullshit are basically the same. Some are clearly not cut out for it.

@r000t @fireglow @terryenglish meanwhile I consider the presence of a global blacklist to be a reason not to choose a specific instance. Especially if it's just a copy of someone else's. Which, you know, is the admins prerogative. Because even they are humans who want to have choices abstracted from them.
