i think a lot of people will find the new fragment generator useful, it uses POSIX quoting semantics in a much more readable way...

so things like:

-DSOMETHING=A\ B

get output as

'-DSOMETHING=A B'

instead.

(both of those are the same per POSIX)

verses pkgconf 1.3, a lot of silly attempts at trying to match freedesktop.org's weirdness was replaced with more POSIX-conformant output instead, so an exp-run is definitely needed
