@chris my parents were poor for the most part as well. Had plenty of ramen and Mac and Cheese. Surely it contributed to my metabolic issues.

Funny how those who resist we much rarely stand FOR something, only against. It's like they don't want to tell us what they really stand form. Or maybe they don't know.

@shanehawkk That's what I'm sticking with for now: bodyweight exercises.

@shanehawkk my problem is I'm away from home more often than not. So I'm sticking with stuff I can do anywhere without equipment.

@johnww2 there are plenty of good reasons to exercise, but weight loss isn't one of them. Exercise only accounts for a small fraction of your total daily energy expenditure.

While I've accomplished 100 pounds (45 kilos) of weight loss without exercise, I think it's time to start doing that. Doesn't seem like it will be that difficult to get decent results.
