Found the original (1972) Atkins Rules of Induction, which is the progenitor to the modern ketogenic diet. The modern versions have been corrupted by industry.

I did the original Atkins Diet years ago to great effect. I just wish I knew about intermittent fasting back then, else I may not have regained all that weight...and then some.
