I just got my first webmention from myself on a reply I made to a syndicated post on https://micro.blog. I bet this one doesn't make it...I still can't send webmentions...and I have been trying this #IndieWeb stuff for three for years. Don't give up.

@raretrack this one works "bestish" supposed to have an editor and meta selector...but can't get that part to work: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mastodon-share/

It seems with this plugin I have to copy and paste the message into the toot editor, otherwise I just toot, "Loading, please wait" ....nothing ever populates toot editor....I set my configuration.

@actualham...should have guessed you were already here....I am not the best mastodon users. Haven't set up the whole WordPress>Mastodon and there aren't any webmention capabilities for a mortal like me
