I started reading "Raven Rock: The Story of the U.S. Government’s Secret Plan to Save Itself--While the Rest of Us Die" and it's everything I hoped for. Tons of stuff on Continuity of Government. The admission that Civil Defense was bullshit and citizens would be better off dead if the nukes flew. I'm maybe a quarter of the way through and it's a real page turner.
