@Combaticus I've been pretty good about IBZ on a weekly basis, but mainly that involved sweeping 50-100 emails on Friday into my archive.

One of the good pieces of advice on that episode is that, as the receiver, it't not up to you to interpret what the sender is asking. If they are unclear, just delete it. Maybe if it's your boss, ask for clarification, but if it's a co-worker, the onus is on them to make requests clear.

Anyone use the Speed Reading feature on Instapaper? It presents whatever you are reading one word at a time, but really fast.

I'm finding it pretty great to grind through articles.
