@zachbrown I encountered a similar complaint when I was in pharmacy school (I was in my late 20's and married) and kids were outraged that the prof would schedule a test the Wednesday (not Monday, mind you) after Spring Break.

I think the gist of their complaint was the earthquake in Mexico and hurricane in Puerto Rico and that "students of color" have relatives there and have been dealing with that and couldn't study, which whites didn't have to deal with?

@witold Since being off Facebag it's amazing how much clearer my mind is.
