Is there any analogy to the PM of the UK stepping down in American politics? I have no idea how British politics works in the regard so far as we hear rumors that a PM is going to be out on Wednesday and it happens on the Friday.

That's not how we do things. Basically everyone is subject to every law.

The real threat is to free speech and journalism - yet many US journalists can't stand Assange. I think it goes to SCOTUS and they find whatever he's being charged under as a violation of the first amendment.

Thus far I don't find the HBO mini-series Chernobyl as anti-nuclear power, but anti-Communism and the consequences of complete loyalty to the state.
