@bkam Who knows. I think when I started Emacs Wiki I basically wrote the first 1000 pages myself, so I’m sure you can keep the pace for a few weeks at least! And if you use it professionally I’m sure there’s no reason to stop anytime soon. 😀

@Miredly I have not. I need to figure out what the Swiss equivalent would be. The thing people use here is “ohropax” (where Ohr is the ear) but I sometimes feel like wearing visible headphones is a signal itself. 🙅🏻♂️

I like wearing headphones but not playing anything. I feel like inside a little bubble which helps me cope with the presence of so many people.

@codingquark Hah! are you saying we need to add support for dark theme media selection in eww, or in the CSS for Debian docs, or both?

@bkam sometimes I wonder how big these Zettelkasten systems might get. Not start a new one for a new book, just keep on adding to the same one all your life, basically. My bliki has 7898 pages right now and if I had tried to limit myself to one thought per page it would be multiples of that. 20,000 paper snippets? I am skeptical – but also curious. 😀

Sometimes I use a text browser, like the one that comes integrated with Emacs (it's called "eww" and that's now what I think of it!) and that means that sometimes I'll see all the nav links people have in their HTML documents. https://docs.godotengine.org/en/3.1/about/faq.html#what-were-the-motivations-behind-creating-gdscript for example has a whooping 7291 lines to skip before I get to "Frequently asked questions" at https://docs.godotengine.org/en/3.1/about/faq.html#frequently-asked-questions

@strypey I just boosted https://mastodon.social/@obra/102935617522373616 and followed the link to their profile and realized that they must be crossposting their Twitter content to Mastodon.

@juh my main point of contact is that I see an interesting post, look at the person's profile and realize that there's a lot of RT and @ for twitter accounts and then I realize what's going on. Then I don't follow (or unfollow), most of the time. Usually there's no need for the filter. But ending up on such a profile still makes me shake the fist at the empty air…

I know it makes no sense but Twitter crossposters aggravate me.
