@kaniini It's used in Russia by a particular public (deputies, yay-patriots) as well against those who criticise Putin's policies. -

@kaniini @moonman @mangeurdenuage No, right now it hasn't.
It's just a matter of my confidence in that everything will be fine when it's enabled. -

@moonman Oh yes, those were the times…
I remember like it was yesterday when I did exactly that. The year was 2014. -

@mangeurdenuage I didn't mean that in an aggressive way, just a very surprised way.

@mangeurdenuage O_o
How does that in any way connect to my Reductio as Absurdum about "ethical" licences (i.e. those that try to forbid "bad people" from using the product)? -

@mangeurdenuage In IRC? I've skimmed through IRCv3 features and found nothing about roster management.
Just write a Private Message or something, I have a persistent connection, I'll receive it. -

@kaniini I heard ICE employees can consume Public Domain works without asking anyone's permission.
I propose replacing release of art into Public Domain with a transfer of ownership to a company that will make sure everything is used ethically. That'd be Disney, since they have been on the front lines for decades already.
