I'd like to think that the fediverse is capable of being inclusive, and although it's small there is a somewhat distinct Black Fediverse that exists, is active, and consists of some very cool people.

@roelofpieter @Blort It was certainly painful and ended up costing way more than it should have. I have also spent way more time than was necessary to go through this process.
That said, I could not have gone without it when I lived in the Midwest. Even going to the store to buy groceries was virtually impossible without a car.

I wish I could find a good guide on building your own theme system for a web application. I think I understand the general concept
(you have objects representing themes, and the system denotes one of them as the default and loads those resources somehow)
But I've never really understood how one actually goes around building that, particularly when your theme has its own view templates.
