The idea that "We'll all have our own cryptocurrencies" through the perspective of our present reality seems stupid and impractical.

It's been a long, crazy day filled with hangovers, speeding, endless dad jokes, flights that take forever, and a man getting arrested right behind me on the train, but I made it all the way back to my home in beautiful San Francisco!

@algernon Yeah, one of my favorite apps, Gwibber, leveraged Python quite a lot for API purposes. I really miss that app.

@kai I'm just in no mood for complaints and negativity today. Sometimes I just see an endless stream of it, and it reminds me that I'm still hung over. 😜

@algernon I totally get it. At least it offers an API and can authorize clients.

I'm curious as to what it'd take to write a native API library. Gnome Online Accounts seems a little under-documented, but it's super important to me that the integration can be made there.

I really would love to see Corebird support non-Twitter networks, but the dev behind it doesn't want to do that. I thought about forking it and calling it CoreStatus, but I don't know how to Vala.
