The Brexit referendum was compromised and corrupt in so many ways. It's long past time for a halt to Brexit, or at a minimum, a new referendum done by the book.
@oscarhall It could be that I've never really depended on proprietary stuff, and that's why I've never really had such an issue with not having that stuff already loaded.
My set-up is pretty plug-and-play. After I install the OS, I install my usual programs with the package manager, make some UI tweaks to suit my preferences, and I'm set!
I've also switched some family and friends to Fedora KDE spin the same way. My mom even uses it now, after having some virus scares on Windows. π
@oscarhall Nice! It's cool to hear different success stories with it.
I am not familiar with WPS office or Fondo, but maybe there are similar programs available that will work with Fedora / KDE that you can use, if you like.
@art I might be a jerk for pointing this out, but I don't mean to be:

@Gargron Nice! You can relax though. Bill Murray says everything is easier, and you do everything better, when you're relaxed. I think he's right. π
@oscarhall I've been using it for about three years and absolutely love Fedora KDE spin. It's the most solid and refined desktop OS I've ever used. Definitely, not enough people are aware of the system and how good it is.
I was running Kubuntu on my laptops for years before that, which became practically unusable, and OpenSuSE for a while after that, which was great but not quite as refined as Fedora KDE spin.
