    A lot of people can't afford going out of pocket for something like this, but if you can, it may be worth it to you to consider that.

    On top of dysphoria, being on Spiro sucks (which is what I was on).

    @Gargron Oh, no! Hopefully, you've got to sleep by now.

    I have trouble sleeping too. I take a half of a melatonin pill (about 2mg) most nights. Then I read for a while. That helps me a lot, though I still have difficult nights.
