I am, a devops person who has been working with CraftCMS since October of last year. So a few months now. I've learned a fair about the platform from a devops point of view and am considering seeking out more work with it. Does that make me a CraftCMS person? :D

@interneteh Wow. That's sick. I really hope that a new wave of progress is ushered into the US with Ocasio-Cortez, Sanders, and the generation of young people coming up now.

The democrats have been centre right since the Clinton / Gore era. The left there needs to change in order for the US to return to an age of progress and relative equality.

@interneteh This is what happens when people who want to destroy the government are put in control of the government -- chaos, suffering, a break-down in modern norms, and gross inequality.

@interneteh We have a similar situation in #Canada when conservatives get in government. They slash budgets and cut the scope of government to the bone, then complain about how little the bureaucracy does, how long it takes to get service, and how ineffective they are. This is happening in #Ontario now, as they recently elected a mini-Trump named Doug Ford.

I am sure the same thing happens in the US and elsewhere as well.

@interneteh I think that could be part of it. At the very least, #45 and the republicans don't care about the government shut-down. It doesn't really affect them -- they still get paid, they don't use government services very much, and they don't care one bit about the people who do require government services.

So they simply stand back and watch everything burn. Then they blame the chaos on people who are trying to help.

@maiki It is silly, but ImageMagick is not the only package like that in Fedora or CentOS. I have seen a few others that have caps thrown in as well. Their names presently escape me.

I've been running Mattermost at work for a couple months with great results. It was more straightforward to get going and does not require integration with any external components.

As well, I am quite sure you can change the hostname for Mattermost at any time.
