@gutigen My reasons are (1) having a more mellow, focused local timeline and (2) having a more personalized identity. M.S is great! But there are other more focused subcommunities I can be a part of, while still engaging in Mastodon as a whole.
It's not full-blown migration, but at this point, I'm still not SUPER invested or settled on m.s

@sophia My guess is, because a lot of the focus of the show is the computer network, it's an allusion to the networking stack (which is comprised of 7 layers)

Looks like someone filed a comment to the FCC in my name back in August using a fake address to support repealing Net Neutrality. People werenβt kidding about the comment fraud.
The FCC just voted to repeal the 2015 #NetNeutrality regulations.
