Signups on nulled.red have been disabled due to alt accounts being made by the same person over and over, that same person harassing others, flooding the public timeline, and ban evading. Hell, can't even ban the IP range they have because of them constantly using a new VPN, new email, etc.

@pony @calvin Nobody, with singular exceptions, sits down and creates a new language for their country. Languages happen.

The only exception I can think of off the bat is modern Hebrew.

In most cases, having your own language is a problem, not an asset. Deliberately creating a nation for your state is extremely rare.

I needed a Java, so I looked up what OpenJDK is called in nixpkgs. I expected that there would be versions 6, 7 and 8, but there was only 8 and 10. Didn't know there was an OpenJDK 10 out there.

    (it's called openjdk for v8 and openjdk10 for v10)

What are some good tools for working with #Swagger / #OpenAPI ?

    Are there any Scheme-adjacent implementations?

What are some widespread APIs that have an OpenAPI (prefereably pre-3.0) specification?

Would be great if I could find some API that someone implemented wrappers for in Racket, and see what decisions that implementation made.

https://wiki.gnome.org/Apps/Fractal is a GTK+-native #matrix client. Seems worth checking out!

    /via https://social.heldscal.la/url/1545446 /by @deadsuperhero

They're talking about[0] splitting #Fractal into a Messenger app and a Discussions app. I think having different user experiences for those two use cases makes a lot of sense, but I don't know that it requires splitting it into two apps. But maybe it would make it easier to accommodate the changes necessary.

@mattskala Haha, ok. I had no idea what you were talking about at first, but yeah, the full stuffed-actual-duck story is at https://hwrnmnbsol.livejournal.com/148664.html and clearly linked (with username) from the article I first linked.

That full story is worth reading too. I don't know if we learn much more from it than from the snippet above, but it's a good story. :-)
