@Gargron because there's ways in which it doesn't fit certain use cases (i.e. it's super not object oriented whatsoever) and never will, mostly, and I'd prefer if there were other implementations so I could steal ideas

Mastodon.py is still the only python Mastodon API lib that I know of and That's Weird Really

@Gargron do consider the pads also, the ones that they come with were a bit to Sweat Trap for me to wear for a long time but you can replace them fairly easily with either the velour pads linked or really anything that fits

@Gargron @Prime I have https://www.amazon.de/Superlux-HD668B-Studio-Kopfh%C3%B6rer/dp/B003JOETX8 these, if you're open to overears in general. You can buy velour pads for them, which makes them really really comfortable to wear forever, and they're semiopen so you can hear what's going on around you. Also they're reasonably priced.

Now that I have versioning At All for the endpoints I probably should add last-changed versioning, like not just "okay when was this endpoint even added" but also "what is the earliest version I need to get current functionality", which is arguably a lot more useful

but I'd have to go through all the endpoints and figure out when they were last changed

any takers?
