okay internet help me out here. how do I catch escapes when using gnu readline. like I want to Do Something when user presses page up / down. that's gotta be possible, right?

@kepstin I'm fine with not handling cursor movement because yeah that's just not happening, but I do need style escapes to work. Guess I'm grabbing and adjusting the code from somebody who at least wrote something to make cjk work
