why _doesn't_ the node team take like, the 5000 or so most popular mini modules and combines them into a _single_, vettable standard library, anyways

@LottieVixen I mean, really, the Main Problem is that every single node thing depends on 3000 different modules because js has no good standard library so you gotta trust several thousand entirely different people. at this point, you've already lost. nothing any single maintainer does matters there.
