Well, that's kind of sad

Instantly went online shopping for modern upgrades, one of which was a thing that loads tape and disk images instantly off a card. Just waiting for the package to arrive now.

So I finally was able to turn my Spectrum last night, and I think I ended up spending about an hour and a half collectively waiting for the programs to load. I'm too old for this shit.

Managed to play 3 minutes of Digger before my nearly 32 year old PS/2 model 30's floppy and hard drives both ate shit. Oh well. Such is life.
