It's great how even when things are hectic af at work, I am calm and happy because I have lovely people in my life and I'm eating healthy, exercising every day and getting enough sleep.

These lifehacks seem obvious in hindsight... I wonder if I just wasn't paying enough attention before, or maybe paying too much attention to things that didn't matter.

@gemlog I had no trouble singing in front of hundreds of people when I was a kid but can still get flummoxed giving tech talks, especially when people ask difficult questions. And sometimes I just completely forget a word I want to use mid sentence.
