Well, many of us have some public storage laying around that we control (vs e.g. dropbox or google drive). And we can rsync via ssh private keys all over the place.
We need donated storage, agreed upon targets, and means (scripts and cron jobs).
I think the original site plus two at minimum for copies?
I haven't thought about it a lot yet. Just typing...

Time tracking and invoicing in php and mysql http://www.kimai.org/ seems pretty sweet. I may plunk it on my own box or even a vm in germany so I can easily use it from wherever. Dunno how 'hardened' it is though. Prolly a small team. Might be better behind an ssh link.
What I'm really looking for is something good for scheduling service calls for multiple techs and tracking and assigning trouble tickets. Any ideas guys?
