    @aven @icedquinn In defense of the "it's P2W" argument, it's not doing everything it can to lessen the impact of inequal access to the infrastructure, making it more like an online action game with netcode that, when it encounters poor network conditions, advantages players with less latency.

    @aven @icedquinn It seems to be running on Gnosis Chain, on which the current gas fees are negligible. Current gas price is 1.5 gwei, until the blocks start getting full paying over this is not going to give an advantage.

    Anyway, I'm curious whether this is actually P2W. Assuming full blocks, yes technically paying would confer an advantage, but payment is not made to the game to get the advantage, but for priority access to the infrastructure running the game. Isn't it more like paying for better internet access to get an advantage in-game?

    @ooignignoktoo I already have a 32x and can play the games with my Mega Everdrive. Better versions of some of the FMV games are nice. Kolibri is weird; it's made by the same company as Ecco and it shows. Space Harrier, Afterburner and Virtua Racing are quite good on it. That's essentially all the positive I can say about it.
