    I'm trying to lose weight and keep my brain functioning at the same time. Also, I'd like to drink less #coffee.

    Normally, this means I exercise, but hiking for 12 hours on Saturday, so trying to stay off my leg.

    So basically...it's coffee :)

    To be more transparent about server blocks, I have decided to follow the example of others and publish a list: https://github.com/Gargron/mastodon.social-misc/blob/master/README.md

    That list is now linked from our about page. It also explains how different block severities work.

    You might notice that bofa.lol is on the list. It's at the very least a temporary measure because our mods had to deal with a lot of problematic content coming from that place yesterday.

    I remember a time when I struggled to convince people that email or texting was a viable way to communicate with people, since hardly anybody had an email address or a cell phone. I remember a time when I was one of the few people I knew who had heard of bookface or the birdsite. So I don't worry when I'm one of the few people using a new communications paradigm. There's a good chance everyone else will start catching up in a few years ;P
