I feel like #PHP is more administrator-centric with the dlls and ini files.
Not that I am any sort of expert in either. Maybe it's just the type of Java learning that I am doing, and of course there is JVM stuff that is admin-like, but even that seems to be configurable in the code itself.

you mean just because I am not rah, rah one specific Netflix show? I am bummed about them putting off the second season of The Witcher, but I would be more bummed if they were risking people's health.
The Netflix dump and leave OSS strategy is annoying, but Disney has a well-documented monopolist strategy regarding IP. Apparently, they did just open source some stuff, so maybe they are coming around on that.
Anyway, of the major players in the space, Netflix is probably the best from an ethical standpoint, but I would certainly be curious to hear of others.
One thing that is nice about Netflix is that we can just ask for it using our remote. I suspect this would not be the case for smaller players.

I hope that Venezuelan folks will quickly set up dozens of locally-hosted instances, but also that people living there will rapidly disperse among both new and existing instances.
