    tem muita síndrome do pequeno poder na academia, mas não dá pra excluir a hipótese que você levanta: símbolos de status, largamente imaginários que são, são tão mais valiosos quanto mais raros forem, e quanto mais difíceis forem de alcançar.
    não pretendo de maneira alguma diminuir ou desqualificar suas dificuldades ou seu sofrimento, mas... nas crises, às vezes a gente perde (gasta ou descarta mesmo) grande quantidade de micronutrientes, que parecem variar de pessoa para pessoa, mas que, na falta de alguns, podem-se reforçar sentimentos como os que você descreve (experiência própria). restabelecendo os patamares adequados, a vontade e a energia para enfrentar e superar as dificuldades pode voltar como se tirassem a criptonita de perto (também experiência própria). a nutri que me atende virtualmente (no meu caso, via GNU Jami :-) também é neurodivergente, e tem sido maravilhosa em me guiar nessa recuperação.

    nutricionista fala que cozinhar já vai satisfazendo mesmo
    mas também conheço gente neurodivergente que gasta da "bateria" sensorial cozinhando, aí depois não sobra pra comer. só que aí não há satisfação nem perda de apetite.

    I don't think it's a matter of understanding, it's a matter of identification. I recall when I was a kid, long before I learned about neurodivergence, I identified with Spock and didn't get when he was the butt of the jokes. one can also watch african wilderness documentaries and root for the crocodile to catch the gnu, or for the gnu to escape. I guess fascists and billionaires get what's going on in those movies and series just fine, it's just that they identify with the crocodiles rather than with the gnus, and maybe they don't realize that the criticism is aimed at them

    não lembro desse termo na minha infância em curitiba, mas depois que vim pra são paulo, ouvi muito, estranhei muito, mas passei a entender como prato principal. não é pejorativo, muito pelo contrário. é a parte do prato que não é o trivial, o corriqueiro.

    BTW, even copyleft is permissive. all it does is grant permissions, though well-delimited ones. it's copyright that does the prohibiting. "lax permissive" or "pushover" are better qualifiers for non-copyleft licenses
