    the notion of "negative types" got my attention, but I'm afraid that it went way over the top of my head :-(

    I suppose it has nothing to do with signedness, but that reminded me of this oddity I noticed in Java: all of its integral types are signed, but, surprisingly, its classes can be either signed or unsigned

    that was not the reason for freezing the assets. blocking access to X was a different legal dispute, on which StarLink has already given in. but assets remain frozen, because they're to be seized to meet legal obligations such as fines and legal expenses incurred by another company in the same economic group, namely X.
