But we need to get into details.

one can argue all the little things. But looking at the issue long term, the essence is, nurture a interest, and good teach that love the subject. That's the most important thing. The society, culture, need to harbor it too.

gimmicks, tricks, may help a little, but that's all.

similar gimmick has done on math (for any sex) in the past (focusing on collaborative “game”), i think the effect is negative. To get young people into math/coding, you need to nurture a real interest in sciences, and for math, you need good teacher who love the subject.

because the latter assingns a new value.
Is a problem if the variable is a constant.
